The MB485ETH-CG communication gateway allows any Fireye product with Modbus communication capability to connect to building automation, PLC or SCADA system using BACnet MS/TP, BACnet/IP, Ethernet/IP or Modbus TCP/IP.
The MB485ETH-CG can connect to multiple devices simultaneously on one of two serial ports. Devices wire in a daisy-chain and configuration is simple using a web-based interface. This interface can be accessed using a PC or smartphone/tablet via the provided Wi-Fi interface.
Drivers for all Fireye products are pre-loaded and only one MB485ETH-CG is needed per site in most cases.
